Leadership
Amian Development Group was founded by Julian Janamian in 2020 with the aspiration of delivering high-quality, well executed developments across key global markets. Julian is directly involved in all aspects of Amian’s projects, from vision to execution.
Julian began his professional career in New York City, directing the design and construction of luxury residential projects in Manhattan and the Hamptons for an esteemed architecture firm, after which he pursued his passion for design-oriented development by joining one of the foremost luxury condominium and mixed use developers in the city, where he played a key role in the development of several notable projects with aggregate value exceeding $3 billion. Key projects included One High Line, The Bryant & The Belnord.
